Shipping
- Orders from outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import customs duties or other country-specific taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon receipt of the order in the destination country.
- Our logistics partners for shipments include major internationally renowned carriers.
- Penúltima Jornada Unipessoal Lda. sends the products ordered from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 7 pm (except holidays), using the services of the chosen carrier. Orders are delivered to the address indicated by the customer.
Our delivery service does not include prior scheduling, so it is necessary to ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address.
Estimated delivery times:
- Portugal and Spain : 24 business hours after payment confirmation;
- France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg : 3 to 5 working days;
- Rest of Europe : 5 to 8 working days.
All items are delivered in secure packaging. If you detect external damage to the packaging upon delivery, you must immediately report the defect to the carrier and mention it on the delivery document. Additionally, you must contact Customer Support via email [encomendas@fpa.pt].
If, after opening the packaging, you identify damage to the products, you have 24 hours to report the incident to Customer Support via the same email address.
If you do not receive your order within the maximum period indicated, please contact us by email. Delivery will be considered complete upon signature of the receipt at the agreed address.
Returns
The customer may return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:
a) The products have not been used;
b) The products maintain their original characteristics and labels intact;
c) The products are complete, including all material sent with the order.
To request a return, please send an email to [encomendas@fpa.pt] , indicating the items to be returned and the order number. The cost of the return will be the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defect or non-conformity.
Refunds and Exchanges:
- If the return is for reasons other than defects or non-conformity, the initial shipping costs or customs charges will not be refunded.
- After receiving and checking the returned products, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 working days.
- Exchanges may result in the issuance of a voucher for the value of the returned items, valid for 12 months. No cash refunds are given for vouchers.
Additional conditions:
- Products that are damaged or show signs of use will not be accepted for return or refund.
- In the event of defects or non-conformity, Penúltima Jornada Unipessoal Lda. undertakes to collect the items at the address indicated by the customer, provided that it is in the same country where the original order was sent (excluding islands).
