These general conditions regulate the sale of products sold by Penúltima Jornada Unipessoal Lda. , with registered office at Rua Caetano de Melo, 896, store 7, 4430-265 Oliveira do Douro. Browsing and placing orders on our website implies acceptance of these general conditions. - Purchasing Process

- Choose the available payment method;
- Review your order and complete payment;
- You will receive an email confirming your order.
The order will only be considered accepted after payment confirmation and receipt of the details by our team.

- Multibanco : The reference generated will have an expiration date. Failure to pay within this period will result in the automatic cancellation of the order.

- Guarantees and Price Indication
- All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and displayed at checkout.
- Our store reserves the right to correct pricing errors, if identified, informing the customer in advance.
- Shipping and Delivery
- Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
- Delivery Times :
- Portugal and Spain: 24 business hours.
- France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg: 3 to 5 working days.
- Rest of Europe: 5 to 8 working days.

Returns and Refunds
The customer has the right to return the products within 14 days of receipt, provided that they:
a) Do not show signs of use;
b) Are in the original packaging;
c) Are returned with all items and documentation included in the order.
